Our Therapy
We first meet with clients to determine what they would like to work on and which areas need improvement. From there we create an individualized curriculum based on the client's needs. There is an educational aspect to our therapy and we may assign homework to our clients to assist in the process (with the client’s approval). However, we do not tell clients what to do or what is the best choice for them to make. That is ultimately the client’s decision. Instead, we empower our clients to make their own decisions and positive changes. We help guide our clients in finding the solutions and/or steps that are right for them. We are here to listen, educate and inspire. Our goal is to help our clients live happier lives by gaining insight and promoting self-awareness.
